Kilmacanogue History Society Talk

Kilmacurragh: sourced in the wild, the evolution of a heritage arboretum by Megan O'Beirne

Megan O'Beirne is a writer and visual artist; her talk is based on her book published last year. She spent 5 years researching this art book comprising text and photographs to capture the spirit of the National Botanical Gardens, Kilmacurragh, a precious and less well-known national treasurer.

She has written for Sunday Miscellany at Radio Eireann and is a regular contributor of articles and photographs to Crann Magazine. Her visual art is represented in national collections, has been exhibited internationally and is found in private collections in Ireland and abroad.

Please note start time of 8 p.m.

Entry €3 (€2 for members) all welcome.
